A single point of contact, from the first appointment to the hearing. Rigorous and human support, in complete confidentiality.
A lawyer by your side, in Mulhouse.
A lawyer with the Barreau de Mulhouse since 2015, I practise individually in the region where I grew up and studied. Becoming a lawyer was never a fallback choice for me: it is a vocation I have pursued since my first internships, from my second year of law studies, in 2005.
Having always lived in the Haut-Rhin, I followed a path entirely rooted in the area — from the Lycée Jean-Jacques Henner in Altkirch to the Université de Haute-Alsace, by way of the Strasbourg law faculty. Engaged in the life of my Bar, I was elected to the Conseil de l'Ordre (Bar Council) of Mulhouse and served as vice-president of the Union des jeunes avocats (Young Lawyers' Union). This knowledge of the region, its courts and its fellow members of the Bar benefits my clients directly today.
I assist private individuals as well as professionals, in advice and in defence, before the courts of Mulhouse and the surrounding region. My approach is simple: take the time to understand your situation, explain your rights and the available options to you clearly, then defend your interests with rigour and constancy. Every matter is handled with care and in strict respect of confidentiality.
Speaking French, English, German, Spanish and Arabic, I welcome a varied clientele, both local and international.
An initial conversation to identify your situation and guide you clearly.
A precise legal analysis and a strategy tailored to each matter.
Regular follow-up and answers at every stage of your case.
Respect for professional secrecy, an essential principle of the profession.
As a general-practice lawyer, I work mainly in three areas of practice.
Advice and litigation for employees and employers: dismissal, mutually agreed termination, harassment, performance and termination of the employment contract, conseil de prud'hommes (French labour court).

Learn more →Simple, clear billing arrangements, defined with you from the outset.
A set amount, agreed in advance for a defined service. You know the cost from the outset.
Billing based on the time actually devoted to your matter, on the basis of an agreed hourly rate.
Regular legal support, in the form of a periodic flat fee — designed in particular for professionals.
A conversation by telephone to take stock of your situation. Booking and secure payment are carried out via avocat.fr, the official platform of lawyers: the subject, duration, payment terms and right of withdrawal are set out there before any booking.
They are determined in consultation with you, according to the nature and difficulty of the matter, the work to be carried out, the time required and, in accordance with custom, your situation. The most suitable billing method (fixed fee, time spent or retainer) is chosen together.
Yes. Except in an emergency or a particular situation provided for by law, a written fee agreement is drawn up at the very start of our engagement, so that you know in advance the cost of my work. An additional success fee may be agreed, but the remuneration is never set on the basis of the outcome alone.
For those on the lowest incomes, the State may cover all or part of the legal costs through legal aid (aide juridictionnelle). To check your eligibility, you can use the official simulator: justice.fr. I accept legal aid, except in criminal law and immigration law, for which a quote is provided to you.
If you have legal expenses insurance, it may cover all or part of the fees, according to its scale — which you can check with your insurer. Relying on your legal expenses insurance never deprives you of the free choice of your lawyer.
In the event of a disagreement, you may refer the matter to the Bâtonnier (President of the Bar) of the Ordre des avocats de Mulhouse (articles 174 et seq. of the decree of 27 November 1991), under the conditions provided for by law.
You may also use, where appropriate, the consumer mediator for the legal profession:
The mediator may only be contacted after an attempt at an amicable settlement of the dispute with the lawyer, following a written complaint sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Depending on the nature of the matter, payment in instalments may be agreed. Please feel free to raise this at the first appointment.
A simple and transparent process, to put you at ease from the very start.
You contact me by telephone, e-mail or through the form. For a consultation, you can also book directly online.
I take the time to listen to your situation, to understand your expectations and to answer your first questions.
I clearly explain your rights, the possible courses of action and the points requiring particular attention, in full transparency.
If you wish to proceed, we define together the strategy, the steps and the fees, within the framework of a written agreement.
To prepare for our discussion as best as possible, remember to gather the documents relevant to your case (contracts, letters, summonses, etc.).
