Employment law governs the relationship between employers and employees: the formation and performance of the contract, working conditions, termination and litigation. As a lawyer admitted to the Mulhouse Bar, I am involved at every stage, whether you are an employee or an employer, to defend your interests with diligence.
For employees
I assist employees facing, in particular:
- a dismissal (on economic grounds, on personal grounds, for misconduct);
- a negotiated termination (rupture conventionnelle) and its negotiation;
- situations of harassment, whether psychological or sexual, or discrimination;
- unpaid overtime and claims for outstanding wages;
- the performance or termination of the employment contract;
- bringing a claim before the conseil de prud’hommes (French labour court).
For employers
I also advise employers and companies on:
- the drafting and securing of employment contracts;
- managing termination procedures (dismissal, negotiated termination);
- labour court litigation and representation before the courts;
- day-to-day advice on employment matters.
For social and economic committees (CSE / works councils)
I assist social and economic committees (CSE / works councils) and their elected members in carrying out their duties:
- advising and supporting elected members throughout their term of office;
- information-consultation procedures and recourse to expert assessments;
- exercise of the right to raise an alert;
- defence in cases of obstruction (délit d’entrave) and litigation relating to the operation of the CSE.
The conseil de prud’hommes (French labour court) of Mulhouse
Individual employment disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the conseil de prud’hommes (French labour court). I assist you in preparing your case, gathering the evidence, defining the strategy to be adopted and representing you at the hearing, in Mulhouse as well as on appeal, and more broadly throughout Alsace and the Belfort area.
How I work with you
Each matter begins with a discussion to understand your situation and to set out your rights and the available options clearly. I then assist you, remaining available and bound by professional secrecy, through to the resolution of your case.
